    Marco has a degree in computer science from the University of Coimbra, a master’s in computer science from the same University, and an MBA from Insead. He joined Critical in 2000 and has been a Project & Program Manager and an Engineering Director.

    VP Sales Director

    Rui Cordeiro has a degree in computer science from ISEC (Coimbra). He has worked for Critical since 1998 and has been a Project Manager, Engineering Director and Quality Manager, being responsible for the creation of the quality department, preparing the company for successfully achieving the following quality certifications: CMMI, ISO 9001, ISO 9100, ISO 15504, TickIT, SPICE and AQAP NATO standards.

    CFO & Support Areas Managing Director

    Pedro holds a degree in Corporate Management from the Economics Faculty in Coimbra. Pedro has been in the Critical group since late-2001. He started as Senior Finance Officer and is now Director at Critical Holding (SGPS). Before joining Critical Software, he worked for several companies of different areas, such as real-estate investments, trading and consultancy.

    Mónica has a degree in computer science from the University of Coimbra. She joined Critical in 1999 and has been a Technical Manager, Project Manager and an Engineering Manager.
