Description:
Critical Software, a highly-specialized Software Engineering company with a strong presence in the international markets and high growth profile, looks for Project Manager to be responsible for software development projects. The candidate must be able to work independently, be autonomous, with minimal supervision. The candidate must also be fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible to perform the team and schedule management including the risks and actions analysis; ensure accomplishment of key milestones; and report progress and issues to upper management. This role requires hands-on experience in software development and excellent project management skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

5+ years experience with software development projects
3+ years experience in project management
Good communication, people and project management skills
Experience in project planning, tracking and co-ordination with distributed teams in multiple geographic locations
Knowledge in software development methodologies and full software life-cycle processes.

Optional

Desirable to have knowledge in dependability and real-time systems.
Desirable to have knowledge in application integration projects.
