Description:
A Tendering Manager at CSW is someone who is responsible for delivering winning proposal to address our customer's bids and thus secure new projects for the company.
Tendering handles the opportunity life cycle from qualification to project hand-over, focusing mainly in the proposal preparation activites. It's a central activity in the company, since all projects derive from won proposals.

Responsibilities:
Handle the complete Tendering life-cycle, from business opportunity qualification
Proposal preparation and proposal team management,
Proposal quality revisions up to proposal delivery
Also handle negotiation meetings, proposal babysitting and proposal hand-over to engineering teams.
Will work in close interaction with Business Development and Engineering teams.



Qualifications and Experience:
  • Familiarity / Insight on procurement cycles and business development activities.
  • Experience in Business Development and specifically Tendering is a definite plus (but not mandatory).
  • Preference shall be given to someone already familiar with ESA's (or similar) procurement cycles and procedures.
  • Experience in NATO procurement will also be taken into account.
  • At least 3 years experience in Project Management, Team Management or related activities
  • Strong managerial and relationship skills, task oriented, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, quality commitment and process orientation are also required competencies.
  • Also strong writing skills and language knowledge are mandatory.
  • Proposal preparation, quality revisions and delivery; proposal team management.
  • Previous experience in Tendering is a plus.
