Description:
Critical Software, a software engineering company with a strong presence in the international markets and high growth profile looks for software project managers to integrate projects teams working in Coimbra and Lisbon. Projects include domains such as telecommunications, finance and insurance. The candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
The candidate will manage the team and the plan; perform risks and actions analysis; ensure accomplishment of key milestones; and report progress and issues to upper management regarding.
This role requires hands-on experience in software development and great project management skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

5+ years experience in project management
Very good communication, people and project management skills.
Must have excellent oral and documentation skills and master of the English language.
Experience in project planning, tracking and co-ordination with distributed teams in multiple geographic locations
Preferably with knowledge in software development methodologies and full software life-cycle processes
Desirable to have knowledge in telecommunications and finance systems.
Desirable to have specific training in project management.
