Critical Software supported the World Champion teams at the RoboCup Júnior 2010

Critical Software is proud of the victory in the RoboCup Júnior 2010 of the teams of the Faculty of Sciences and Technology of the University of Coimbra (FCTUC). The teams that were supported by Critical, JESS.isr.uc.pt and RescueB.deec.uc.pt conquered the title of World Champions in the competitions of Rescue B and Dance, in the Robot World Cup in Singapore.
The Rescue B competition, which made is debut in this year’s Robocup, was won by the team comprised by Beatriz Gonçalves, João Seabra and João Pedro Silveira, having won the first place along side with the Hong Kong’s team.
In the Dance competition, the Team comprised by Samuel Nunes, Joana Carneiro, Sara Moutinho and Adriana Martins took home the trophy of World Champions in Robot Dance.
Critical Software’s support to these teams is a part of the company’s continuing policy of supporting the youngest talents in the Portuguese technological community and of cooperating with the must distinct learning institutions in Portugal, contributing for the enrichment of the knowledge and technology created in Portugal.
