The main objective of Critical's QMS (Quality Management System) is to define effective and efficient processes and practices for its project teams, therefore, assuring that customer requirements and expectations are satisfied by the end product or service.
The QMS itself is committed to continuous improvement throughout all projects life cycles. Customers' and workers feedback is carefully considered in order to provide increasing levels of satisfaction.
Around 255 artefacts (process/procedures definitions, guidebooks, checklists, templates, etc.) plus a set of 3rd party and in-house developed tools, support the QMS demands, allowing our workers to work with higher consistency and performance. Critical's QMS can be tailored according to Customer-specific requirements and criticality levels.
