WOW

WOW™ is a work order management/trouble ticketing solution aimed at implementing, managing and controlling distributed business processes within an organization. WOW™ increases service effectiveness and efficiency and enables the establishment of effective SLAs (Service Level Agreements) between work groups, increasing customer focus towards a service minded organization culture.

From the user point of view WOW™ is available from the user desktop using a common web browser, and from his mobile phone using WAP pages and SMS messages. Hence, users may choose to receive pre-configured lists of active work orders (by email or sms) on a daily basis or at configured moments in time.

Apart from the built in system queries available for all users, WOW provides extensive definition and configuration features of lists. Lists may be fully configured and predefined by an administrator or customized by the end users themselves to best suit their needs.

Throughout the course of its life, a work order evolves through various different states (life-cycle). In WOW™, these states are fully configured per type of work order. A work order typically starts in the Submitted state, goes through several intermediate stages that provide the information of the current status of the work order, until it finally is Completed. WOW™ was technologically designed to ease the integration in all environments, even the most complex and heterogeneous ones.
