MORE CREATIVE AND EMPATHETIC WORKPLACE
In 2021, Critical Software, in partnership with Specialisterne, launched an innovative initiative to recruit, train, and onboard professionals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) into its software engineering teams. This initiative, a first in Portugal, it’s already recognised worldwide and reflects Critical Software's strong commitment to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace.
COMPANHIA DE ESTUDO AND TUMO
Our mission is to ensure equitable access to education. For that we have “Companhia do Estudo”, that aims to reduce school failure and dropout rates, broaden horizons, and inspire, especially those from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds, and TUMO that allows young people to develop their technological and creative skills.
