DO-178C Software Verification And Validation

Esterline | CMC Electronics has developed CMA-6800, a new attitude display system designed to form an integral part of the cockpit. It’s the first in a series of displays based on a common platform due to be used across a range of devices.


Critical Software was responsible for the complete verification of the CMA-6800 software through activities such as high- and low-level requirements verification, structural coverage analysis, formal test execution campaigns, and formal reviews of all produced artefacts.
