A decade of great communication. Creating connections with clever software.

As Critical grows, the technology we use in-house needs to grow too. Off-the-shelf work management systems just won’t cut it… so we built our own. Turns out we ended up creating some rather nifty market-leading tech that suited the telecoms sector perfectly. As well as helping companies organise their work orders, we help customers extend the lifecycles of their assets and technologies.

We’re independent from manufacturers and service providers, plus we use open technologies and standards. Our systems tick lots of boxes – increased efficiency, accurate tracking and faster report generation – so it’s no wonder quite a few big players use our products every day to keep their customers happy.
